I watched the whole game against the Tigers with a particular interest in Cogger and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The way he stepped up when Pearce went off looked like the game of a player with much more first grade experience. He actually played Pearce's role. I'm sure he touched it at least 4 times in every set. It made me excited for next season with him partnering Lewis in the halves. They can take turns running the team and keep the opposition guessing.
Fitzgibbon missed the tackle for the try, not Cogger.
Must say I hate Thursday night footy as I have a strict no drinking on a school night policy, but how good is the feeling knowing your team has done the job and you can watch the rest of the weekends games with a smile on your face. Best weekend ever.
