It’s consistently bad for us however. We could be in the top 8 if it was for constant appalling referring performances.Reffing has been shit for everyone (except the Broncos).
We just have too many shitty players to win.
We are all biased though because we only really remember the bad calls we coppedIt’s consistently bad for us however. We could be in the top 8 if it was for constant appalling referring performances.
Totally agree mate.Ref's sub conscious I guess. They are human after all.
I dont blame the ref for missing calls like that because it's easy to, but the game put in place the bunker and the second ref to remove that bias and when they dont do their job, or in the Lee instance they do but the ref blatantly ignores them, then he should cop it.
You must be a ref .The refs didnt make Montoya come racing in off his wing and come up with nothing.
The refs didnt make the lads miss tackles or drop the ball.
We were beaten by the better side yesterday, the lads tried hard but we just werent good enough when it came down to the crunch
And that included the play the ball by Gallen that gave Prior (who should have been in the bin) the winning try. We saw Woods penalised for that in the first half when he should have received a penalty for a second leg grab, and they got a try off the penalty. The refs just need to be consistent mate that's all it is imo.
After woods got done for incorrect play the ball I closely watched the sharks and I counted 7 incorrect play the balls. It's the luck of the draw with penalties
we beat the Cowboys by 17Bulldogs are not allowed to run away with the game. Its no coincidence that we never win by more than a converted try
You are right...The refs didnt make Montoya come racing in off his wing and come up with nothing.
The refs didnt make the lads miss tackles or drop the ball.
We were beaten by the better side yesterday, the lads tried hard but we just werent good enough when it came down to the crunch
It's starting to get to the point where you just expect us to get fucked by incompetence each week. Whether it's just by accident or not the point is we get screwed alot latelyAnd that included the play the ball by Gallen that gave Prior (who should have been in the bin) the winning try. We saw Woods penalised for that in the first half when he should have received a penalty for a second leg grab, and they got a try off the penalty.
Still fuming over the missed Mbye tackle without the ball when a try was on; and comparing it to the tap on the back that gave the Broncos the winning penalty in front of the posts. It's more than ref mistakes; it's the injustice of it when it costs games.
True, although where was the justice in those two Manly blokes getting a nearly two minute early mark from their binning.Or Dugan getting a sin bin with 50 seconds left, where the justice in that lol
Youre actually right....It’s consistently bad for us however. We could be in the top 8 if it was for constant appalling referring performances.
Dont forget "dont play it sideways next time edrick, ok??"You must be a ref .
So 5-0 penalties to start a game then
5-0 to start the second half is nothing to do with refs?
The woods penalty for not playing the ball properly but then Cronullla plays it sideways and get a penalty. Yep that was all our fault nothing to do with ref.
Or if common sense had prevailed & either Martin or Holland kicked insteadIn saying that, had Mbye pulled his finger out and kicked well we could have been equal after 80 mins.
It should flow through into his next game and he should miss the first 9 minutes.True, although where was the justice in those two Manly blokes getting a nearly two minute early mark from their binning.
How dumb is it to award a sin bin so late in a game especially when it takes a player more than that time to walk off the field. Defence resets and any advantage lost.
Your an idiot. The refs didnt make Montoya come racing in off his wing and come up with nothing.
The refs didnt make the lads miss tackles or drop the ball.
We were beaten by the better side yesterday, the lads tried hard but we just werent good enough when it came down to the crunch
