@Nash @Mr Invisible

I noticed this from yesterday. The forum isn't keeping me logged in. It remembers my username and password, check box is ticket, just doesn't remember me when I return. It's only happening on this site. Other sites are still logged in, no settings have changed in my browser (chrome).

Any suggestions?

Hi Wahesh,

Please clear your cache and cookies. Since we updated the SSL certificates yesterday and now force redirect all traffic on the secure https protocol, your old cookies that retained the login details are linked to the old unsecure channel, causing you to be logged out.

For anyone experiencing this, clear the cache and cookies, and make sure you select "keep me logged in" when signing in.

If the problem persists, please let me know.

@Nash I just tried this mate - it didn't work:

https://www.thomastonsavingsbank.com/clear-your-browser-cache-guide

Clear site-specific cookies and cache in Chrome

To delete cookies and cache for a specific site in Google Chrome, follow the instructions given below:

  1. Launch Google Chrome and click on the Menu on the top right corner and click on Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Show advanced settings”.
  3. Under Privacy section, click on Content Settings.
  4. Under Cookies, click on All cookies and site data. It opens a new window with a list showing all stored cookies and cache.
  5. Type the name of the website (for which you want to delete data, ex. Thomastonsavingsbank.com) in the “Search cookies” text box in the top right corner. The list is filtered showing only data from the searched domain.
Now delete individual site data by clicking on the cross at the right side, or clear everything in the filtered list by clicking on the Remove all button.

So my situation currently.

-In all cases the "Stay logged in" option was checked when logging in.
-On my mobile, no browser will allow me to stay logged in
-No amount of settings manipulation or cookie/cache clearing in Firefox on my PC allows me to stay logged in. And the firefox version is new today. I originally had the same issue with the pre updated firefox. It literally just updated.

-It DOES stay logged in with Internet Explorer 11, which is built into Windows 10. The only platform so far that works properly right now. But i prefer Firefox. And i dont think there is a Internet Explorer for Android phones. Will need to wait and see. Maybe Nash will push a magic button somewhere and "presto" 8-)

Hopefully - it's getting pretty annoying having to login all the time when it already remembers my credentials. I'm like you though - Firefox >>> everything else

Nothing was done yet, i'm still not 100% what the issue is. It may have to do with https and http rewrite rules, and the cache being stored incorrectly.

@Nash anything mate?
Are you sure you deleted all cache and cookies that might be pointing to the http:// instead of https://

Otherwise, can you confirm browser version and device, and if the problem is limited to that browser?

I wiped out everything in my cache relating to the Kennel so it can't be that.

Currently using chrome v. 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit) but I noticed that it also happened when using Firefox over the weekend.

I've been using chrome on windows 7 and haven't been logged out once in a week so this is puzzling. I've change some settings around, please continue to update me should you get logged out and I'll try and narrow down the cause. I'm not an expert on the service side for thanks for being patient with me! It i can't solve it in the next day or so I'll just an expert to come in and do it.
