If Dean Pay gets the job I'm sure he will want his own coaching staff.
So the question is does he start with a clean slate and sack the likes of Jim Dymock who has been around for some time? I think he needs to unfortunately, to rejuvenate everything and everyone.
You would think Dymock and Pay are good mates...

Chris Anderson is a very important figure who could rejuvenate the Dogs alot quicker than anyone else, and I am specifically speaking in regards to a manager/advisory roll. There has been alot of talk/options though a major issue is the board elections are too far away.

Anderson is the one who laid the platform for the Storm system.
Imagine Pay and Dymock working with Anderson again...

I have no doubt but I'm not sure keeping him around is in the best interest of the team. New faces and new ideas is what's needed imo

Dean Pay has contacts and friendships with some of the best within the NRL

Dymock will stay for 1 more season but Dean will be bringing in new guys and getting rid of the deadwood.

Expect new faces within the medical team, strength and conditioning crew and coaching staff.
This is a guy who has played and coached with the best, including current blues staff. Few old faces will be back too.

Anyone linked or seen to be too friendly with Dib will be gone.

He wants to replicate the best parts of what Ricky is doing in Canberra. Bringing pride back into the jersey, making the club more part of the community, no big head policy etc

give Dean time, he has a lot to fix up!

I think Pay is a great pick for all of these reasons:
1. Under 20's NSW coach with 3 wins in a row against QLD - which could lead to up and come talent
2. Ex Bulldog
3. Had a long apprenticeship and happy to give someone a crack

Just remember guys Paul Green was "just an assistant coach with no experience" before the Cowboys

1. He had help in this area from Jamie Feeney NSWRL Performance Programs Manager.

I got a funny feeling Dymock may get the gig,

On the surface, he is just as qualified as pay
I don't see why pay would get the gig over Dymock
But I must say
I'm worried Dymock spent too much time under Des

I feel more comfortable with Pay
But I guess I'd be ok with either of them?

Just glad Des is gone

They are. Both still counting all the cash they took to leave the Bulldogs to go to parra. All this talk of him bulldog to the bone is bullshit.
