Des & Dib have this club on its knees. I would only keep klemmer jackson and possbily montoya. The rest are a mixture of retirees and nrl imposters. This is now a question of being ruthless, starting from the ground up and absolutely gutting the current roster. I cannot see us being competitive until minimum 2020 and only if we start cracking the whip right now. 2008 was tough but this is ludicrous simply due to the complete absence of any response from club management.
