So with the rumours that Foran has signed it is pretty obvious that something has to give.

We have Lichaa, Mbye, Reynolds and Frawley already. Add Foran.

Who do you see filling the half, five-eighth and hooking positions and who will get the chop?

Personally I think Foran is an awesome signing but would hate to see Frawley kill it at another club.

If you break it down further your left with:

Hooker - Mbye and Lichaa
Halfback - Frawley and Foran
5/8 - Reynolds and Foran

For the hooker position I would say that Mbye has that position locked down considering he is signed for another 3 years while Lichaa is off contract.
For the halfback spot I think Frawley will edge it out purely because Reynolds might have to be let go for salary space.
Which only leaves Foran and the 5/8 spot.

Foran will only play 8 games tops anyway, so I reckon re-sign Reynolds and use him as a Utility and backup for Foran when he eventually goes down.

Frawley for Halfback for sure.

Frawley for Halfback for sure.
I reckon Foran will finish the year strongly and surprise everyone with his consistency and leadership next year with us. (Maybe I'm hoping)

6. Reynolds
7. Foran
9. Mbye
14. Frawley

Frawley can cover any injuries in the halves and learn his trade from the bench for now. As long as we can keep him happy for a couple of years on the bench.

Mbye to 1
I have seen a few mention this but has he ever played there before? Not really a position that we could risk him on the run. Maybe with a pre season that could be another option.

I think it is obvious that Lichaa has to go.

Maybe:

6: Foran
7: Frawley
9: Mbye
14: Reynolds.
That's a great combination and we need to find a way to make it happen.

Definitely need to keep Frawley and would be ideal to keep Reynolds as sub for back up to any of those positions and mbye at hooker or even fullback will be the icing on the cake

Yeah I don't get this.
Frawley has only played a handful of games.
He was great against Newcastle and solid the other games.
But he is not in Foran's class.
I'm not overly fussed if he loses a spot in the side he's a lesser version of foran

I like this idea. It gives us time to see what happens with Foran too. If Foran gets charged with match fixing or has another injury/breakdown then Frawley can step into the role permanently.

I'd move on

Graham.... (massively backend deal though apparently)
Tolman
Lichaa
Eastwood
Mbye...... (on big coin even if we flicked him and payed part of it, a club like knights maybe desperate enough to cover most of it)
Eastwood.... (again got me stuffed why we extended his contract...useless, getting someone to cover a decent chunk maybe hard)

and possibly the 2 morris boys, both aging and past their best and both have contracts ending next year also on big coin

It's not about the current skill, it's about the potential. Every game Frawley has played he has turned our team from struggling has beens into a winning force. Foran hasn't done the same for the Warriors. He's provided individual brilliance but he hasn't lead the team.

But it's the potential which is the worrying part. People are worried if Frawley leaves he'll go on to be another Thurston.
