Our finishing is embarrassing - how many errors? Dumb pass after dumb pass - all that practice in the off season to pass - bizarre! But surely we have a foundation to keep improving - Melbourne only beat us by 6! And the Dogs now have a lot of video sessions to discuss why they are panicking. I think we lack too much experience in the backs and it may take 6 weeks before we sort that out.

I'm not going to write our season off yet because we played a fucking good team but my god we can't afford to blow like 500,000 chances like that!! Not applying pressure and dropping the ball cost us. Reynolds had a shocker. But I'm pleased despite the loss that we aren't playing through graham and tolman like last year. Reynolds and Mbye passed to each other more tonight than in a whole season.
