Hey guys, struggling the past few days, I'm running on about 40 mins sleep in 2 days, something isn't right. I've always had insomnia but this is fucking ridiculous.

I'm dead tired, I have no energy, I want to sleep but I fucking can't.

that's so annoying. It gets frustrating after a while too. I assume they cannot give you anything for sleep? (probably a stupid question but cant hurt to ask).
