Tbh I'm pretty sure the same thing was said last off season by a few players (Tolman and jmoz from memory). I hope it really is the case this year.

After about three rounds of the 2017 season it will be obvious that nothing has changed. In almost 5 years Hasler hasn't changed a thing, why would he do that now?
It's easier to ignore a need for change and stay in one's comfort zone than to step away from that and try anything new. Therefore, change won't happen.
