When I make home made pizza, I always put cheese bottom so it all cooks,

But every time I go to a Italian pizza place,
Not talking dominos here,
I'm referring to the little itallian places

They always do cheese on top,

And like mentioned the toppings stay raw,

I think next time I order one, I'll ask if they can do cheese on bottom as a special request
I made home made pizzas too, cheese always on bottom, Italians want to be deferent, so they put cheese on top. Last time I eat good Italian pizza, was 20 yrs ago at Five Dock, (no idea if they still there), and they had the cheese on bottom

Sesame Pizza in Hassall Grove.

Cleanest and tastiest pizzas Iv ever had.

Btw, I sprinkle a bit of cheese on the bottom to get it to stick then majority of the cheese ontop.

Why what would the brothers do?
For that extra-cheesy goodness

They're just a bunch of arrogant eye tie bastardos!
They make good food and give the illusion they are nice guys.
But what did it for me was I lost work for a while and they kept giving me shit for it!
I can't help it that I wasn't born into a mafia family and had my dad invest in a business for me!

Pizza Rocco is an absolute rip off. Every time I'm down that way I refuse to go there.

For me the best pizza I've ever had is at Stefano's in Parramatta.

I'm relation to the question, I like double cheese. So on top and bottom.

They give the illusion that they're nice guys yet give you shit for being out of work? I'm not sure how that's possible lol.

Trust me the Italians are great at acting!
I'm sure they're the originators of theatre?

Sams was pizza down under wasn't it? My mum used to know the guy that owned it but he sold it a few years ago as he has a restaurant in Parramatta.

Another one put your way, try Dino's in Glenmore park.

Its a shame Arnold's is no longer in Erskine Park they used to make an awesome pizza!

I used to get Dino's for free because I knew someone whose brother in law owns it.
Not bad but I do like Rocco's, just depends on what you get?
Still cheaper and better than crust pizza!

Anyone remember Pizza Haven? They were at one stage the biggest competitors to Pizza Hut and Dominos before all this other franchises like Crust came along. They were bought out by Eagle Boys Pizza back in 2008.
