Mine are between GTA V, San Andreas, Red Dead and Minecraft. I'd probably choose GTA V as there is more to do.

Has to be a single game. Can't be a series like every FIFA, Madden, etc...

Can't say it's a great game yet but took me the best part of a day to get through the tutorials. Probably wouldn't enjoy the game in the long run but I couldn't see any other game keeping my interest for that long.
