At one point people on the forum said we wont even make the 8, now with 7 ganes to go we are already potential top 2 depending on our form
We just need to keep winning. Our F/A differentials are:Our run home isn't the best we play Brisbane twice, the roosters and the rabbits, but fingers crossed both our F/A and form continue to improve!
If we can 3 out of the 4 I will have high hopesOur run home isn't the best we play Brisbane twice, the roosters and the rabbits, but fingers crossed both our F/A and form continue to improve!
You just posted this in the other thread lol.My prediction
Dragons will be the only team to move out of the four. Dogs will take 4th spot to launch a raid into the gf

I dont want Cronulla to win. If we lose a game they will leap frog us on the ladder. Im happy with manly winning this round and losing the next.Actually we are equal third. NRLStats ladder is wrong. This is taken from NRL.com ladder.
But then again Manly (in last position) are equal 7th.
1ST 1. Brisbane 26
1ST 2. North Queensland 26 1 Bye Left
2ND 3. Sydney Roosters 22
3RD 4. St George Illawarra 20
3RD 5. Melbourne 20
3RD 6. South Sydney 20 1 Bye Left
3RD 7. Warriors 20
3RD 8. Bulldogs 20
4TH 9. Penrith 18
4TH 10. Cronulla 18 To play yet
5TH 11. Canberra 16
5TH 12. Gold Coast 16
6TH 13. Parramatta 14 1 Bye Left To play yet
6TH 14. Newcastle 14
7TH 15. Wests Tigers 12 1 Bye Left To play yet
7TH 16. Manly 12 To play yet
Hopefully:
Tigers beat Eels
Cronulla beat Manly
That'll put Tigers at 14 alongside Parra. Add in thei byes and they go to 16.
As such that blows Manly to bottom of table by 2 games, and pretty much kills any chance of getting in the 8.
Exactly two good games puts you firmly in top 4 two bad games can see you miss outLast is in the 8. It means nothing. Cannot play with same form as earlier in the year. Must continue winning form. Tight comp and poor fa means we need to win 5 from 9 to make the 8.
But you know Cronulla will falter sooner or later.I dont want Cronulla to win. If we lose a game they will leap frog us on the ladder. Im happy with manly winning this round and losing the next.
It's still 4th, if there's a tie position like 2 teams tied for first, then the next team is 3rd not 2ndActually we are equal third. NRLStats ladder is wrong. This is taken from NRL.com ladder.

It'll be less this year considering how close the comp isLast years the top 4 cut off was 34 points. If this year is similar it means we need to win 7 out of the last 9. Anything is possible but we don't have the easiest run.
Yes but as Souths showed in the gf, the week off gave them the edge in the 2nd half. Dogs were on death row for 4 weeks. It's one thing to make the gf, it's another thing to win it. History is a good guide.Top 4 doesn't mean anything look at last year we stumbled into the top 8 then we made it to the grand final
