I posted this before we won and could have looked like a dickhead if he scored the match winner but in all seriousness I don't give a #%#% about nice guys I want players in our first grade side that can win us a game.

Being critical of this toss is vindicated. I don't say a word on here if a player has one or two bad performances, but Brown is consistently bad and at the very least must be moved on at the end of the year.

I shouldn't be picking on any of our players tonight and after Des' efforts tonight he can pick whoever he wants, but I'm slightly sick of people calling Brown "solid". He averages 1 error per game and averages 2 good tackles and 4 missed tackles per game. That's not solid.

Can see both sides of the argument but if we lost 17 - 16 everyone would be calling for his head. The score shouldn't have been as close as it was. And for those calling for Thompson look at the one on one strips today and vs Roosters, he's not the answer. Perrett is the best option atm until we can find a specialist fullback.

Brown puts in all he can and that should make you happy, he did make some mistakes but he was trying to help us win and I am very happy with that sort of effort.
