Why sign another forward " Fifta "

I agree. We don't need any more forwards, and we should learn our lesson about paying massive money for forwards like T-Rex. We have plenty of young guys coming through. If we lose Graham we should use the money to tie up our young forwards for a few more years.

So Fifita wouldn't have been more useful than Tim brown or Ohanlon on Friday?

I am getting cranky, why would we want to pay that much for another forward when we already have an awesome forward pack?

I don't get it,
That kind of money on a forward when we already have 600k tied up in T. rex leaves bugger all left over for the rest of our squad, especially when we desperately need quality spine and back line.

I am really going mad trying to figure it out.

800k for a forward. What a waste! We already have one of the best forward packs in the game yet again were signing and spending 800k on a forward. Kleemer? Pritchard? Eastwood? Kasiano? Graham? T-rex? ( glad to see him have a go on friday) and the list goes on.

On top of that we got really good players coming through the ranks! We should have paid falou what he wanted if thats the case....

I thought the Nrl wouldnt approve/register his contract for some dumb reason. Then you look at Dugan, came so close to signing with us before he got sacked from the Raiders.

Of course he would have been, but is he worth 6 or 7 times what these guys are on? We have very good forwards already. If we are going to sign a star, we need a game breaker type player who can create something for us. Whether that's a half, hooker or fullback, we need someone who can contribute to our attack much more than another very good forward. I would gladly sign Fifita if we could give him an extra 100k on top of T-Rex, but not for the money being thrown about. There's no point paying massive money for a position we are very strong in when we have massive issues in other areas.
