Can't see anyone other than KK getting the call up.

He played with Hodko in the juniors you know.....

With Keating seemingly on the outer for next year, you'd have to think this would be a good opportunity to blood either Mbye or Littlejohn
keating is only out favour due to injury and Hodkinson has taken his chance, same as last year in the reverse role. that is good competition with in the playing group

Thank fuck Barba didn't get selected. Our backline would've looked horrendous.

Would Barba be an option for the 6? Sila on the wing and Low to fullback?

Anyone know who has been training in the 5/8 position this week? Surely they have planned for this possibilty and this will help us deduce the replacement. If Keating pops up then that blows the injury cover story out the window.

????

Hasn't he been playing NSW Cup?

I'm pretty sure he has been dropped, not injured.
Was injured came back to nsw cup last week or week b4.

Has been playing NSW Cup for 2 weeks. First game was average, and 2nd game was a bit better but still only at a 7 or so outa 10.

He has obviously been dropped - hopefully if selected tomorrow he shows us what he can do.

No offence but hasn't he had almost 1 1/2 seasons to show us what he can do while TH was injured? Wasted selection giving him a run IMO, give an up and comer a little taste of FG?

I would rather see Mbye, LittleJohn or even Romelo have a crack.

The advantage of picking Keating is that he knows our game plan and structure well. But LittleJohn has been really good in NSW Cup, really good.

And what's interesting is that KK has been playing on the left in reggies, LittleJohn on the right.

Keating will not be at the club next year, and he is a free agent.

What's interesting is that the Warriors approached Hodkinson not so long ago (according to an interview with Matt Elliott on NZ Radio), but were told that he will be at the Bulldogs for the next few seasons.

Keating is not the the future of our club, kids like Mbye are.

I agree, give Mbye or LittleJohn a go..

No chance. Barba will remain at fullback.

You'll find their will be a straight swap with Keating IN for Reynolds.

I hope not though..

What about Romelo to fill in at 6, surely he would be in the mix for this occasion...

It's unfortunate sometimes that clubs cannot blood new players due to salary cap restrictions with incentive payments so are forced in a way to use the same old players. I don't think this is the case with us with Payne and turner retiring but it would be a shame if players missed out for thy reason
