In dedication to Todd Greenburg a fan page on facebook has been created. He needs a lot of recognition with the direction and the success for transforming the Bulldogs around.

Honestly this is the man that has really influenced alot of change in the Bulldogs uniform and can only get better and better as time progresses.

The provocateurs

Today, the(sydney)magazine publishes its annual list of Sydney's 100 most creative, provocative and inspiring people. Here are 10 influential people whose voices have been hard to ignore in 2011.

Todd Greenberg

CEO, Bulldogs RLFC

“I’m not planning on driving across the Spit Bridge any time soon, that’s for sure,” says Bulldogs boss Todd Greenberg, 40, the NRL’s youngest-ever CEO.

Greenberg’s triumph in snatching dual-premiership-winning coach Des Hasler from rivals Manly in November confirms his position as one of league’s shrewdest leaders. Since taking the helm in 2008, the former Stadium Australia events and operations manager has steered the Bulldogs’ remarkable turnaround from a scandal-ridden outfit to a disciplined, family-friendly club.

“We’ve got people back to loving their club. They’re proud to wear the colours and I think for a period of time that wasn’t the case.”

Lachlan Murdoch

He has been listed in the top 10 what an achievement hands down no other CEO can even compare to this youngster not even Gallop!

Let's be honest here... In a few years we'll most likely have a dedicated Greenburg hate Facebook page for some stupid reason.

You only have to look back a few months; there weren't too many Greenburg fans here that's for sure.

Yes and those people were idiots. Anyone with a clue / brain would not have even bothered taking that opinion seriously, yes, even before we got Hasler he was probably the second best CEO we have ever had. People have NFI and will soon wake up once he leaves us and we are stuck with someone else.

Heres hoping he is grooming his protege to take care of us once he moves onto be the king of the world or whatever the hell he wants.

I have to say I don't agree with your comments, I think we have all realised what Greenburg has done for this club, he has turned around a club with the worst reputation in the NRL and made them the envy of the NRL. If he leaves the Bulldogs I think people will feel about him the same way they do about Steve Price, with respect and no ill feelings at all.

yep we should worship a guy who took the heart out of the bulldogs and turned it into a place based on money only.

a past player passes away, not a word from the club, we have a high turn over of players who really dont feel anything for the club or the fans, staff and players ho have been loyal to the club are pushed out without a word of thanks (Andrew Ryan's farewell turned in to a money making star wars day!)

the bulldogs may make more money then before, but it doesn't have the same feel!

Greenberg may not be the great man people think he is,

If you haven't realised, without the money TG is bringing in our club wouldn't run; what I mean by this is as the pokies tax comes in the league club grant is likely to decrease. So in saying this TG has had to think of innovative ways to make money; most teams are struggling because they do not want to adapt like we have.

we have a high turn over of players who really dont feel anything for the club or the fans,
How do you know this, are you one of the players ? have you asked them of this ?

staff and players ho have been loyal to the club are pushed out without a word of thanks
Like ? Roberts ? he was Moores fault... name someone else, Ayoub ? He still has a role at the club... COME ON ?

(Andrew Ryan's farewell turned in to a money making star wars day!)
Did you ever stop to think that the star wars deal was done before Ryan had actually announced his retirement when it was too late to pull out of the deal? Also this is another one of TG's innovations, which are helping us to be less reliant on the leagues club grant.

Thats most probably because we're not winning and our style of play has changed; I still don't see how that is TG's fault. Although hiring Hasler has put us in good stead in terms of the footballing department.

Greenberg may not be the great man people think he is,
TG works hard for the best interests of the club, he has no agenda. He has made us one of the most financially viable clubs in the NRL, the only thing he has not done is achieve results on the field which he is looking to ratify by hiring Hasler.

YOU'VE BEEN CHALLENGED !

you can have money and heart, clubs like broncos have been doing it for years, the money he brings in is nit the problem its what we are losing which is the problem,

there are plenty of threads on here about how the players dont feel losses like they should, that players just treat it like a job. And no not all clubs are like this, players from clubs like canberra, knights, souths really do feel loyal to the club. maybe if we had kept players longer and stopped trying to buy success thet might feel loyal.

moore may not have been the best coach but was loyal to the club all his life and deserved a better then being shafted lke he was, Andrew Ryan was encourged to retire, is Ayoub still at the club?

there was talk all season of Ryan retiring, also it was always going to be the last home game of the season and there are always a number of players to retire, move on, we looked money hungry

the "feel" has more to do with people not feeling close to the team any more, too many changes, not enough legends involved in the team, now half of manly. and it als proves money isnt every thing

I think we need to wait and see if he does the best for the club, people thought McIntyre was doing best for the club

its confusing how the greenberg fans say his best achievement is turning the club around from having a bad boy image into a well respected family club, and then at the same time praise the decision to hire hasler who certainly helped create the bad boy image for manly, especially in defending all of manlys actions over the last few years and himself being a fine magnet

btw well done to well done, not a rod alternate but a man who understands things

IMO I think Greenberg is a really powerful character and will have an affect on the Bulldogs nearly to the proportion of Bullfrog but obviously to his own character. Greenberg has only been at the helm for 3-4 years and his affect has been really powerful on the administrational side of things, its only a matter of time until consistency on the football field is executed and Greenberg over the years to come will help the bulldogs thrive
