More than likely. I don't think people understand how easy it is to fix a game. They have fixed international cricket, Serie A, Snooker, NFL, AFL and NBA to a lesser extent (Better draft picks).

If those sports can be easily fixed, a piss ant Rugby League competition in Australia can be fixed.
