Buddy Gordon

I was at Sapphire last night after the game at around 2am Jamal & Buddy turned up to the club.

Buddy is a very genuine guy. We had a good chat about a few different things. He was really disappointed but couldn't stop mentioning next year lol

His left arm was strapped up. He broke his left hand in 3 places in the 12th minute and continued to play through the game. F**KING CHAMPION!

I mentioned how good the effort was by Benny on Fui Fui at the start. His reply was "I think I could see Fui's plaque ripping off his teeth" lol

Up until he arrived at the club I was sitting in the booth miserable as f**k. He was the first person to make me smile all night, so I bought him a drink lol

Guess it just was never meant to be.

Everyone criticising his defence, he was defending wing and centre last night, that's why.

But the guy is a champion. I just love seeing him get the ball and bulldoze. He's built like a brick ****house and I reckon in the next few years will go on to big things.
