I think he has done the right thing in tying his money up for later when he wont have the capacity to earn over 200k per year, and minimise his tax, BUT he should've thought about what will happen if he doesnt turn up to training. You have to earn the money to service the loans. He knew there was a good chance of being punted if he ****ed up, but he chose to get on the piss and miss training. There are consequences for your actions. Hoefully he will learn a lesson.

There are people out there that are getting sacked/retrenched just before xmas, who have been PERFECT employees. People who simply don't have jobs any more because the company they worked for can't afford them.

The company Reni worked for was prepared to put aside any previous mishaps and not only continue to employ him, but also treat him as an integral part of their future plans...AND HE STILL SPAT IN THEIR FACE.
