Sunburnt. Gave myself heat exhaustion at lunchtime.

Rode my bike home from Clarence St.

No water, no sunscreen, middle of the day sun, still coughing from a severe flu that has lasted over 5 weeks. Never ridden "that far". Wasn't sure of my route.

Took just over an hour - thanks to exhausting myself early on going up the approach to Anzac bridge. Also thanks to a slight wrong turn at The Crescent.

Fortunately got home about an hour before the rain started.

Might need to do some more local riding before I start riding to and from work...

Definitely need an injection of common sense.
