Broncos deserved to lose for playing it safe after they were up 16.

Nathan Cleary played the best game of his career. If he can do it at Origin level next then he’ll join the all-time greats.

Stephen Crichton is a big moment creator. He always seems to do something in big games. He’s the best centre in the game, we need to keep him there.

We are light years away from both these sides.

Apart from a 40/20 Reynolds kicking wasn't good enough and his defence was very poor.
Closer game than what Gus expected though.

Just like we thought we would
Broncos is completely different. Broncos didn't destroy their junior development. Plus they have a better spine. Walsh isn't a complete gronk or dressing room cancer like Barba. Reynolds > Keating, Mam > Reynolds. The only spine player we had better was Ennis.

Most of the Broncos team is staying together, only big departures are Flegler & Farnworth. Also Broncos don't have salary cap issues or backended contracts.

Every other team in the comp is several levels below these two teams. Penriff are going to have to find another elite centre and a gun benchie forward, plus have a good run in regards injuries in order to do it again next season.

Hard to tell if Bonks can have as good or better a season next year, but hard to see them not being in the GF again. They aren't losing much, but Reynolds is running out of time.

brisbane nervous start and nervous end, stopped playing and stopped competing but they ripped penrith open and are the better team if mental problems aren't considered

Bulldogs should trade Burton for Cleary

Great game, I really loved it as a neutral.

Broncos had it, but Panthers never gave up. It is amazing to see how a momentum shift can just keep rolling.

Both teams will be top 4 again next year, Broncos may just take it out this time though.

Haas is insane! He stood out so far ahead of any other Bronco's forward.

Leota & JFH is a top combo. Haas is dead set a one man wrecking ball, great performance from him.

Jacky coggars a premiership winner let that sink in
Clearys last 20 mins was out of this world
Clearys final 20 mins was better than John's 97.
16 points down with 20 to go and he didn't panic, remained composed despite Broncos looking like they were going to run away with it despite his team mates going for HIAs and injury's.

I believe Tago will take the Crighton role and Peachey will slot in at centre.

They might even have a junior gun ready to move into centre spot. Taylan May needs to squeeze in there somewhere too.

They lose Leniu and they lose Cogger but expect them to be as dominant next year as they are this year. Not going away anytime soon

Yep, he silenced alot of critics.
IMO he didn't need that kind of performance to silence them, but with it, they'd be complete fools to doubt him ever again.
