Only my opinion but the pathway to the NRL is a tough road. Anyone that reaches and plays at that level deserves respect.

I get the frustration and the expectations of this club but I put that to club management. It all starts at the top and their decisions have a flow on effect throughout the club.

Gus is the right man to be overseeing the required changes but he needs time as the areas we are lacking are not quick fixes.
