Has always been rated as a decent player and why he was qualifying in junior rep squads.

Covid setback a lot of these players and hampered his development and extra football in order to keep working on his defence.

Having Reed around the club now along with hard work will definitely help him better his game when the opportunity presents itself.

When Gray first went to Flegg hisdefence was not up to that level and ended up playing mostly Sydney Shield - hisdfence seems tobe sorted and the other parts of his game have also improved. Terrific on field work ethic
