The coach will have been signed to a verbal contract at worst. They would prefer to let them work behind the scenes at this point. Analyse what charges are required. What structures they want played. Potter just implements them.

what I have loved is just getting it all back to basics. Must have been plenty of ball work sessions at training cause it’s all starting to work.
