hey team, finally pulled the trigger on making an account here. 30+ years Bulldogs loyalist who’s excited for what’s ahead. Excellent clean out and new signings IMO. bring on season 2022

Quickly put together a little poem, hope you all enjoy:

Long time lurker, first time poster.
More than 30 years a dogs fan, bulldogs emblem on my toaster.

Born in Bourke, now in Belmore, swear I bleed blue’n’white.
Cement Gillespie, mason, morrin, I love our players with bite.

The past few years have been a struggle, a finals berth has felt so far.
Though 2022 looks brighter - with Burton, Vaughan and addo-carr.

So for another year let’s fire up and get around our boys.
I cannot stand another September getting pleasure only from sex toys.

Nice work, my friend. If you can write a sincere ode to Adam Elliott, you will have a lifelong friend in me.
Big helicopters, on the half floppers. And Sweet Carolines, with your good mates wives.

What a time to be alive, when you can jive a big contract, with little impact, and sweet fuck all contact.

Costing the club sponsorships, for dipping your dick in a team mates drink.

They call me Adam Idiot cause I seldom do think

They call me Adam Idiot cause I seldom do think
Abandoned and alone
Trapped beneath dusty wooden floorboards
Thundering hooves of the treacherous overhead
Dancing on my grave
Subduing the blue and white blood pumping beat
Of my Telltale heart.

these words are a tribute to the man they called herb.
family man, good bloke were words to describe him, oh Lord how absurd.

born and raised in bega, at Tathra leagues he learnt his craft.
his dropped balls and missed tackles made us want to drown in a spa bath.

through his time at the dogs he formed a friendship with mick lichaa.
when herb got a glimpse of his mrs - herb said “come’ere sexy lemme eat’cha”.

2021 was a bad year for herb, full of errors, and lack of toil.
but to the delight of all dogs fans he ran into Millie Boyle.

the pair enjoyed a few drinks, a toilet handjob, and a couple of lines.
when the bulldogs admin caught wind, they decided “this is worth more than a fine”.

thanks for the memories herb, I’m not sure I’ll miss ya.
but when I see you passed out in a gutter soon, I’ll definitely piss on ya.

So many hatters. If you did as much for your community as Kind Elliott and were as good a baller, you might win the Ken Stephen medal and not just the utility half hatter of the week medal TM

The fact this poor man's diss track gets accolades and likes while my sensitive opus gets tumbleweed is a testament to the lack of class in this joint :(

Having been to Bourke tell us more bro because I was fascinated with the Aboriginal side and the area and how they live. I also owned a joint in Belmore so can relate to that as well. Do you have any insight or stories from growing up in Bourke?
