Most professional press conference since Steve Folkes.
Greatly contributed? What did Ogden do? Atoni? Napa? RFM? Nothing. He was our best prop.No all, but he greatly contributed.
This is not under 10's this is first grade. They are paid professionals.Yes true. We agreed months ago that they not only had to learn new plays but they had to unlearn so much of the stodgy one out runs etc as well.
Under fatigue the settlers came back.
It's a learning curve for us.
He was pissed with most of the player except a few. He said sprinkled across the team a few played well.Yeah he was upbeat as well because the things that went wrong are easy fixes, but you can tell he was very disappointed with the players coffing up ball in dangerous positions and the very soft inside shoulder defense.
Yes, greatly contributed. Forwards got rolled and he was a huge part of that along with others. We failed as a unit, but individually he was poor.Greatly contributed? What did Ogden do? Atoni? Napa? RFM? Nothing. He was our best prop.

Hetherington: 57 minutes, 7 runs for 61m, 25 tackles.
Ogden: 51 minutes, 15 runs for 135m, 17 tackles.
Renouf: 27 minutes, 4 runs for 48m, 22 tackles.
Do you not see a problem here? What the actual fuck is Hetherington doing on the field other than thrashing about and waving his hands around like a lunatic? He wasn't dominant enough or involved enough to be considered anywhere close to good. He was poor like most of the rest of the pack.
Hetherington has always had terrible stats. He isn't going to fix our problems.Yes, greatly contributed. Forwards got rolled and he was a huge part of that along with others. We failed as a unit, but individually he was poor.

He's a bit part player that can play a role off the bench, that's it. That's our problem though, our pack is filled with bench forwards that can play limited minutes and not enough top 13 standard forwards. At this stage Elliott is probably our only genuine starting quality forward?Hetherington has always had terrible stats. He isn't going to fix our problems.

Thats the kennel for you.Wow! Seriously?? One fucking game, and your writing him off?
Surprised we haven’t seen a #SackBaz thread .Wow! Seriously?? One fucking game, and your writing him off?
I made one but it got trashed.Surprised we haven’t seen a #SackBaz thread .
You did too! Thought you were joking.I made one but it got trashed.
We just need to hope Thompson comes good, but even then, still need another quality prop. Thompson won't be getting a "pass" like he got last year. That money could of bought almost any quality prop in the game that was off contract (e.g. Taukeiaho or Welch, Welch wasn't unrealistic at all at the time). He's a bit part player that can play a role off the bench, that's it.
