I read somewhere the design was inspired by the Pandanus tree. Here is a Pandanus tree (yes, i have no idea how this works either):

See how that tree only has 3 grandstands? Makes sense now.

Haha didnt even need to see the photo to kmow which stadium you were talking about. Ridiculous the money they spent on building that stadium!! That being said it is a pretty impressive stadium

Belmore will never get much attention as long as the locals keep voting for losers like Sophie Cotsis (State Member for Canterbury for 10 years), Tania Mihailuk (State Member for Bankstown for 10 years), Jason Clare (Federal Member for Blaxland for 13 years) and the biggest tosser of the lot Tony Burke (Federal Member for Watson) who for 15 years has done absolutely nothing for his electorate. I can't honestly think of one thing this bunch of losers has done for the Bulldogs in their combined 48 years of representing our area. If you want another target, Khal Asfour The Mayor of Canterbury Bankstown, what's he done for the Bulldogs 15 years on Council, answer SFA.
