Again lacking control of my emotions.

Thoughts of helplessness and feeling useless are returning.

I get the feeling my supervisor at work will get sick of me and let me go.

I turn up to work,I do my job but I keep getting self hating thoughts enter my head and I can't control it.

They come and go dude. Dont push it away rather let it pass through. They will disappear believe you me.
As time goes on, they come back less often and even when they do, you manage it a lot better.
But dont give up on exploring yourself man. Even half a step is progress, trust me on this.

Been feeling the same way these past few days. Not as bad as it has been in the past but that's coz I now know that it's not the real me and it will eventually pass by. There's no point wasting my energy to fight it anymore. Just gonna let it be...
