It’s more to do with how he runs than experience, look at how evasive Meaney even with no room. Okunbor just needs a little bit of footwork and to work on his catvhing under the highball

Don't think he will ever have decent footwork, but he needs to watch Oates and learn to swerve like him while running, defenitely think that would suit his game a lot better. He will get better with experience and more specialised training.

Lewis' best kicks are when he kicks early on the run, forced that repeat set. Some of his bombs are Mitch Moses-esque no control on them haha but he had some good moments such as the tip on for our 2nd try.

On the plus side his defence was outstanding. The kid has such a good read on the game. Sometimes it feels like he's seeing things a second or two before they happen.

No it wasn't... Same thing happened to Okunbor in the second half (tackled before he took a high ball - which he dropped and they scored off) and nothing became of it.

You can't penalise one incident of tackled without suspicion and not another.

When players are contesting the ball there is an allowance for a player to be tackled as he receives the ball.

There was not one player that deserves to be knocked. They played there guts out. Very proud of the boys but they won as far as i am concerned. So your correct assassin his kidding

I think Elliot was very poor today... non existent on defence at times... shirt grabbing... Lewis on the other tacked for his life today... even with his 2 kicks out on the full Lewis gets my MOM

Losing a key foward in the opening 20 didn't help and it was an absolutely fantastic effort from all involved (besides lichaa)
especially when we got screwed in the penalty count, which I believe was 8-3 with an unlucky penalty try.

Up 12-0 with multiple chances to go for field goal proved costly imo, lack of game management was crucial in that loss and hopefully the boys can learn from that. Still a very impressive effort though

Okunbor needs to work on his footwork when he’s in the open, he always heads straight for the fullback and I reckon if he had a step we score of at least one of those breaks he made
