Where else would you see a Mosque and Church side by side?

Byblos - oldest civlisation in the world. Also where the term "Bible" originated from

Nothing of the sort, just natural beauty. It's amazing, when I last went to Lebanon, I went north, south, east, west and every bit in between, and thought I'd seen it all. Then I see these pics and I realise I've only seen a fraction of it! Still much more of that little gem to explore. How such a tiny country can have so much beauty that still hasn't been seen by enthusiastic travellers to the country like myself is amazing.

dont see any lebs in the photos and no surprise the place looks beautiful , so this proves the on going myth that you move the lebs out of the area and it becomes beautiful.

*food erection*
Add some creamy smooth garlic sauce and crispy cooked Lamb / Beef..

*drools*
Well the thing is that's usually served prior to the main meals so it's like a small entre (us Lebs are animals and usually just dive straight into the mains). I'll tell you what though. Next time you're in Belmore, drop into Awafi Chicken. It's moved now and is across the road from it's previous location next to the RSL club. They have them there with a host of other goodies and they are to die for :hearteyes::hearteyes: - by far the best turnips I've ever tried!

Noice!! I've heard of that place before. I'm closer to El Jannah and Paradise Chicken. Ate at Al Assel (?) a while back at Greenacre... stuffed myself stupid. Delicious.

Yeah those places are good too. The chicken might slightly differ from place to place but the appetisers are practically the same.

Okay so you've shown us the pictures of Lebanons Mosman equivalent.

Now show us the Dharruk/Hebersham/Emerton/Blackett/Whalan equivalent.

Of no my friend, the chicken greatly differs... Last time I had PC I had the worst food poisoning I've had in a long time. Firing from both ends.

I make them myself
@ASSASSIN I'll have to get the recipie from you... Wifey absolutely loves them.

It's so easy even a non-sand nice guy can make them lol I'll get you the recipe.

PS I love the beetroot more than the turnips, they stay crunchier.

I wonder if in Lebanon they use the Vietcong guerrilla warfare tactic when catching a cab like they do here at the casino?
