Lichaa isn’t going anywhere

We have to persist with the Kant as there’s no specialist hooker on the entire roster outside of him!

Letting Woolford go was dumb
That in itself is part of the problem. Lichaa has always been guaranteed the job with very little competition for his spot. They let go of Ennis and Cook just for Lichaa and since then he's had the job regardless of how badly he's played.

It's as if the lack of a threat and competition has led to him not working on his game hard enough to correct glaring issues that persist.

The one time his future was in jeapordy, he played his ass off for three or four games like never before.

Anyway, like Mbye not realising his potential, if they don't do it themselves then you can sit around waiting forever. Move on from Lichaa because if in it hasn't happened by now, it probably never will. He's had more than enough chances.

Lichaa is being shopped around. JMK will get first crack at 9.
We'd surely be paying alot of Freight if this is the case mate im sure.
JMK is hot and cold, hopefully if this is whats happening he gets alot of exposure to this now so He, Lewis and Foran start to Gel. Cant question his Defense too much just timing.

Lichaa shouldn't be on much more than base salary, nobody wanted him or made an offer.

What is ludicrous is that a player with such a lack of talent could play so many 1st grade games. I hate seeing this guy run out in blue & white.

The most dissapointing thing is we had a very good up and coming hooker in Mbye, who was unfortunately on big overs.

Cannot believe he was shifted around in the halves and fullback, where his best games were always at dummy half

The only thing good about Mbye was when he left our club

Did Moses Mbye tell you he'd be a good up and coming hooker? It sounds like something he'd tell anyone that listened.

The only thing Mbye is good at is heating up water, because he's full of hot air.

REPORTS: Lichaa on the way out of Canterbury
The Bulldogs prefer Jeremy Marshall-King to Lichaa.

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are looking to move on from hooker Michael Lichaa.

Lichaa has been with the side for four seasons, but has failed to live up to the excitement that surrounded him early on.

The Bulldogs believe that Jeremy Marshall-King is a better option in that position despite him having limited experience in the role.

Lichaa has been told that he is free to explore options elsewhere, according to Nine’s World Wide of Sports.

The hooker has played 85 games for the Bulldogs since joining the club in 2015, and has not featured in less than 20 games per season over his four-year stint at Canterbury.

Lichaa’s 2018 stats:

20 games, 734 tackles, 36.7 average tackles per game, 94.4% tackle efficiency
7 try assists, 1 try, 6 Line break assists, 7 offloads, 963 Total running metres

So not outstanding results but IMO first-grade standard. He has consistently shown he can’t hit a bull elephant at 10 paces passing left to right but he can hit a grizzly bear passing right to left. Though you can't knock his defensive capabilities.

Very true one of the few players i have seen turn around to pass the ball ... cant remember who it was that played the ball the opposite direction a couple of seasons ago

Lmao. The minimum requirement of a hooker is to be able to defend, and his defence was atrocious and lazy, hence the short-lived experiment.

His departure from the club was the best thing that could happen for us.
