Yeah Souths announced they have signed Wayne for 2020 and 2021. Seibold has signed for the Broncos from 2020. It would be stupid to not make the change now.

Broncos aren't willing to pay any of his contract for 2019, if he leaves early. (that's why they said he will be the Broncos coach in 2019)
