Good idea to be so inclusive. It's informative to fans.

We on the other hand allow ourselves to be embroiled in all the media hype and goss and seem helpless in managing the rumours....regular interviews such as Millward's would instill confidence in the club and it's officials and empower members and fans. Not bs to them as Castle did.

The club has been pretty transparent IMO.
It’s tough to be too specific about who you’re targeting or talking to, because it can cause the deal to fall over.
Although, once the full time squad is finalized, it should be made public, as well as the 2nd tier roster and the development players.

Yes roster negotiations should be confidential but Millward handled that professionally and only advised fans what positions the club were looking to strengthen.
