i agree, he should not even answer if the journalist asks a question, he should be like tony abbott

It do him a lot better lol

Seriously I reckon the idiot purposefully gets his face in all these interviews (and probably pays face, putting his hand up for whatever the coach wants) so it creates this perception that he's a permanent member of our 17.

Just think rhys Martin was behind Elliot in the pecking order and Martin has shown more in his 2 games than what Elliot has in any game

Can this idiot stfu

If he didn't ground it Jackson was there to ground it.

Aside from the the try he was shit. Got dominated in hit ups and tackles again. A measly 40 or so metres in his time on the field.

As much as I can't stand tolman I can't wait for tolman to be back so Elliot can be dropped
Pay played Elliott at prop lol.

He played lock didn't he? Came on for Jackson.

Too shit to displace RFM or Martin

And I'd rather tualau than Adam idiot
Jackson came back on with Elliott still on the field so he moved to prop. Jackson later moved to edge but that wasn't until the final 10 or so.

He's an absolute joke.

The only "good" game he had was against a cowboys pack who were completely lethargic and out of form
Yeah he did play well in that game, even if they were sub standard.

I do like the way he gets off the line but he doesn't offer enough with the ball in hand.

He scored the winning try so he gets a pass for this week lol.

I think Elliott is the most marginalised player in the team. He tries hard every week. He makes a few mistakes, but he does it by trying to do something.
He's only 23 so there is a lot of improvement in him. Holland suffered the same treatment on here but now he's every bodies hero.
6 runs for 37 meters mate.
Plus he is always good for 2 or 3 mistakes a game and a penalty as well.
He is not up to NRL standard.
He had a good game against Cowboys.
Ok against Easts and back to well below average since.

Got to be optimistic I suppose. 10/14 games to come at ANZ/Belmore, only 2 short turn arounds and the furthest we have to travel is Newcastle. But still, nah.

He also eats into Jackson's minutes at lock.
