It's not a bug. It's a placeholder because we haven't added the draws for this year (because it's time consuming, done round by round, and requires about 5 fields per round entered).
We have a programmer that is going to be working on additional site functionality and the draw is due for a massive overhaul. So it's just there to give them an idea what we currently have (as once that date passes it'll disappear again, and if its not coming up soon it disappears as well).
Hope that explains it.
Note, the teams are pre chosen fields so can't do anything there.
