Putting together a play list of the best classic rock tracks (with a little hard rock/metal mixed in for good measure). Here's what I have so far. Need some other tracks to put in there:

- "Carry on my wayward son" by Kansas
- "Hurt" by Johnny Cash
- "Tom Sawyer" by Rush
- "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath
- "All along the watchtower" by Jimmy Hendrix
- "Sunshine of your love" by Cream
- "Don't stop me now" by Queen
- "Hallowed be thy name" by Iron Maiden
- "Holy Diver" by Dio

I'm looking for tracks that you don't hear every day on Triple M. So basically no ACDC, or at least more obscure ACDC tracks.
Maybe not what you are looking for but:

Love Rears It's Ugly Head - Living Colour
Boys of Summer - Don Henley
More Than a Feeling - Boston
Anything of the first 3 Black Sabbath Albums
Born to Run - The Boss

So many good tracks mention in last few pages...

Half probably been used in Supernatural over the years :D

Reminds me of a while ago when I made 2 CD albums called Rockola Vol 1 and Vol 2. Would still have them on MP3 in directory somewhere.

One was more ballard/soft rock, the other was hair and glam metal.

That's pretty much it. Half of the tracks on my list remind me that I need to catch up on Supernatural. Guess I know what I'm doing during my 3 week holiday.

I'm still stuck early Season 8

That's a LOT of time required to catch up to like Season 13.

Thought I'd give a rough top 20 a shot.

There is a couple of EPs in here as well.

1. Converge - The Dusk In Us
2. Chelsea Wolfe - Hiss Spun
3. Godflesh - Post Self
4. Amenra - Mass VI
5. Bell Witch - Mirror Reaper
6. Blaze Of Perdition - Conscious Darkness
7. Spectral Voice - Eroded Corridors Of Unbeing
8. The Ruins Of Beverast - Exuvia
9. Der Weg Einer Freiheit - Finisterre
10. Thantifaxath - Void Masquerading As Matter
11. Ex Eye - Ex Eye
12. Chaos Moon - Eschaton Mémoire
13. Artificial Brain - Infrared Horizon

14. Tchornobog - Tchornobog
15. Elder - Reflections Of A Floating World
16. Power Trip - Nightmare Logic
17. Sinmara - Within The Weaves Of Infinity
18. Enslaved - E
19. Immolation - Atonement
20. Dying Fetus - Wrong One To Fuck With
That Sinmara EP was tits. I never got around to that Blaze Of Perdition but their last album Near Death Revelations was pretty good. I never got around to Chelsea Wolfe either. Enslaved was my biggest disappointment for the year. I need to check out Thantifaxath full stop.

My sister-in-law’s sons band from the Goldy - not biased but it sounds pretty decent! ;)

He’s behind the kit...
