I've said it before but Tolman really needs to bulk up and add some more power to his game. He has the right attitude and workrate but he really doesn't need to try and pace himself for 80 each week, he deadset plays the 1st minute at the same intensity as the 80th minute. Sacrifice some endurance for some more explosive power.

Does he?
You know that for fact do you?
I'm not saying you are wrong
I'm just saying, you don't know, so on the off chance it's on Tolman I have made my point clear

Again
I'm not waiting till round 12 next year
I'm getting on the from foot
Something that has not happened at our club for some time now

Do you agree or just want to be a fuckwit?

I have told you before
Not to be a condescending **** to me
Fucking smart arse
Bit harsh I’m Tillman’s biggest critic but after seeing lichaa play to a different tune I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and blame it on des the shit ****

I anticipate we're going to have a very disgruntled player in tolman.

He won't be loved by pay the way des loved him.

He's in serious chance of losing his starting position to both klemmer and woods

Talau and fualalo are already showing they're more effective than tolman

And I just don't see tolman having the tools to up his game. It's too late for that, he's late 20s and he's not blessed with the size of klemmer and woods. Tolman should have been adding explosive power to his game years ago, it's way too late for him to do that now.

After Eastwood, Tolman should be the first forward to be sent packing. At least with Eastwood you know the potential is there to provide something different under the right coach

And lol at lichaa being blamed for tolman getting in the way consistently

It wasn’t Des’ fault Tolman is too small to bend the line and gets dominated.
I’d give him gift wrapped to newcastle for a Christmas present

Why send a message to Tolman. He just does was he is told.
Because Tolman is the idiot executing that stupid play time and time again

And went looking for it on a far to regular basis

I'm sending him the message to dink it in his thick skull

I hope that answers your question

You have anything productive to add?

Tolman would sprint to get into positon to take the fifth tackle settle - only to plod into the defence and get dominated. Having said that I think he does do a lot of good work, particularly in defence and off the ball work and will be more valuable now Graham is gone. Assume the game plan will be significantly different. We'll see

Not bagging out Tolman completely here.

I can live with him doing what he does as long as he is nowhere near the ball during attacking plays in scoring positions

tolman was Melbourne's best prop when came to the dogs.

he even scored 4 trys in his first 3 years before joining the dogs. In last 6 years at dogs he only added 3 more to the tally.

I wonder why they let him go so easily, Bellamy has no idea! :grinning:

True
Of all the players the storm could have let go to get under the cap and it's Tolman they let go

Now we are in the same position and no club wants Tolman

Hummm
Fancy that

He's still a chance if Hasler gets the NSW coaching job.

First player picked if hasler is coach

Hopoate would get the fullback start as well

A team filled with statsmen

Bellamy also let go Hoffman and Procter over the years and now Jesse Bromich.

Bellamy is the super coach who knows as long as his spine is solid he can turn a rock into a diamond.

Tolman
For fuck sake
Do not
I repeat
Do not ever touch the ball in the opposition 20 on the 4th or 5th tackle
On the 1st to 3rd only when absolutely necessary, and that is never.

Pay
It's up to you to coach attacking plays that stops Tolman slowing down and fucking up attacking sets

Pay
If Tolman touches the ball in opposition 20,
Hook the ****.

I refuse to watch another season that includes Tolman fucking up vital attacking sets.

Kind regards

All Intelligent and passionate Bulldogs fans, sponsors and sports commentators and fans of rugby league who enjoy watching entertaining rugby league
The only problem with your theory is that if Tolman was getting in the way and it wasn't a coaching tactic, with the frequency it it happened, you would have seen some reaction from the other players.

Everytime Tolman did get the ball all the players just carried on like nothing out of the ordinary happened, no sign of frustration, ever. Must have been a coaching tactic.
