I know he has only played a single game in the blue and white but.. i find it really disappointing he hasnt been picked this week. He played well, kicked well, and has a whole career ahead of him. Stanley is made of glass and is a liability.

What logical reason is there to pick stanley..

Des doesnt like the cockiness of Hollande.

There is only one guy at Dogs who is allowed by Des to get cocky and thats Des himself

Holland went well but des has gone for experience. And Stanley goes better than holland when hes not injured. Will miss having a real goal kicker though. Knowing Stanley , Holland will play next week when he gets injured vs eels

Stanley is probably a better player than Holland atm but every time he gets injured it means a reshuffle of the team and a man short on the bench. This has happened too many times. I wish Des would give someone else a shot who can play the full 80 minutes.

BULLDOGS V EELS

8.05pm Friday at ANZ Stadium

Bulldogs: 1 Will Hopoate 2 Curtis Rona 3 Josh Morris 4 Chase Stanley 5 Sam Perrett 6 Josh Reynolds 7 Moses Mbye 8 Aiden Tolman 9 Craig Garvey 10 James Graham (c) 11 Josh Jackson 12 Tony Williams 13 Greg Eastwood Interchange: 14 Sam Kasiano 15 Tim Browne 16 David Klemmer 17 Adam Elliott 19 Lloyd Perrett 20 Shaun Lane

* Chase Stanley (hamstring) returns in place of last week’s debutant hero Kerrod Holland. This is great news for prospective Moses Mbye owners because he will kick goals. David Klemmer has also been named on the bench despite a judiciary cloud hanging over his head, with Lloyd Perrett and Shaun Lane named as cover.

Eels: 1. Michael Gordon 2. Semi Radradra 3. Michael Jennings 4. Brad Takairangi 5. Clint Gutherson 6. Corey Norman 7. Kieran Foran (c) 8. Junior Paulo 9. Isaac De Gois 10. Tim Mannah 11. Kenny Edwards 12. Beau Scott 13. Tepai Moeroa. Interchange: 14. Kaysa Pritchard 15. Peni Terepo 16. Danny Wicks 17. David Gower

* Isaac De Gois replaces Nathan Peats (dislocated elbow) with Kaysa Pritchard on the bench. Kenny Edwards starts in place of Manu Ma’u (suspension), with David Gower added to the bench.

Apart from being made of glass, he is still a better player.

Stanley is better defensively and attack! Holland needs more time in Nsw cup.

Stanley will probably get injured walking from the car park to the stadium.

Why not keep holland and Stanley in place of our current gun right winger

On the positive, Stanley does a very good job as a centre or wing on the right side. On the negative he is only one knock away from another injury.. and as we don't have a back or a utility on the bench that is a huge negative.

On the other hand Holland went well in his debut game against Penrith and potting the conversion from the sideline after full time shows a) he is a top goal kicker and b) he has a cool head.

Most of the teams in the 2016 comp have all improved and scores are getting a lot closer. This makes a top goal kicker a must, so its Holland for me.

That type of selection is too logical for Des finchie. As long as his arse points to the ground Slow Mo Sam will always have the no.5 jersey.

Apart from his goal kicking Holland showed that he does not belong in FG yet.

Every time the ball went near him the play broke down
