I've never been a big fan of multi-vitamins, mineral supplements etc.
I've always been a believer of getting all the nutrients my body needs naturally. So eating the right foods, and getting outdoors for some vitamin D (tehe).
And also I'm a of the opinion that if you're taking supplements then there's no need for your body to continue to produce them naturally, and it will stop doing so, and your body will become dependent on them.
But lately I've had a lot of muscle tightness, cramping and soreness from exercising and training. And a few people have recommended I take magnesium to help with relaxing my muscles and also for recovery.
I've been taking them for 2 days now (1 tablet a day) and already feel much better!
Apparently there are many benefits to taking magnesium. I feel like I've been missing out all this time.

Also when I was buying I noticed the ridiculous amount of supplement's there are! Zinc, garlic, echinacea (I don't even know what this is fss)
Does anyone else take any supplements for whatever reason?
