Sunk Loto were the best but they split up just as they were about to release their new album. Such a waste.

So many awesome heavy bands coming out of Aus right now. We would be pushing for the States and Europe for talent if we werent so ****ing far away.

As far as Aussie bands go:

Mindsnare, The Corps, Ebolie (i love my grind), and alot of pub gigs are usually places i go. Thats where you find alot of good bands.

they were jst starting to get noticed, used to go to my old uni [unsw] and play a few times at the roundhouse bar

I liked Grinspoons first album & thats it, after that they got progressively worse, i saw em live last yr they were so bad it was pathetic , the crowd started booing em, i think i might have even started the "booo" Phil Jamison should get back on the crystal or something!

Ozzy never used double kick & he is a metal god

Sabbath *ozzy era* no double kick & they are the best metal band period & any metal band you care to mention would agree with me regardless of what sub genre they belong to the first 4 sabbath albums are the best music ever made!

Maiden never used double bass

i could go on, but i think my point has been made!

that said, i love double bass/kick Slayers original drummer is my favourite of all drummers
