Loving Maitua off the bench tbh. Some great impact and it will make him try and play better to get the #13 back.

Te Maari at lock ?

I think this is a great move. He can play the traditional style of lock cleaning up on the fringes of the ruck, and is mobile enough to be a sliding cover defender. Maitua, in my opinion, this year should be a bench specialist. With the limited interchange, he can cover alot of positions - utility specialist.

We have the potential to have one of the most damaging benches in the game.

Any news on Bennett yet?

Good team! I like it. Not the best forward pack but I still think it has the potential to do very well and the back line is looking very good, while not the best. If Bott/Nanai are in that other wing spot, our back line will have alot of pace and we will be able to combat the Eels very good back line.

I'm just worried about how our halves will go..

That team looks like it has a good balance good speed out wide, and a mobile pack. I like Maitua coming off the bench for impact and Cleal can fire up as well.

If that is the team that is named or close to it I will be happy, Would like to see Armit maybe come off the bench if he is ready, if not then I would be happy to see Danny Williams.
