My spin on the matter is that if a player is concussed it should be obligatory for them to stand down the next week at least and even longer if necessary, irrespective of the results of the cognitive test. Bet McManus passed a few of those in his time and Kyle Turner as well.
What do they care anyway he won't be with them next year.
