Would have liked to have seen a few more than 2 dogs in the teams. Probably due to our ball side underperforming a bit this year.

If u also want to add to it young star Joash papalii made it to nsw u19 squad under Andrew bobcat Ryan
Playing 14 - although he has been playing fullback in nsw cup he played most of the spine positions in u17s u19s

Only watched the second half but only saw him do one hit up, at least it was the first hit up off a restart. Not necessarily his fault Qld we're very disorganised in attack in second half. There was a huge difference in quality between NSW and Qld in the spine and outside backs. His defence was very good went in low and hard. Brought down fainu one on one a few times. Judging from what I saw will probs keep playing flegg and maybe some cup next year could maybe be ready for NRL in 25. Plenty of time to fill out a bit more by then. But he is not someone who could make a difference for us next year.

Huge Finucane vibes from this kid, looked really mature and played above his years. Nothing explosive but hit like a truck and seemed a high IQ player

People expect too much he's very young started in Sg ball and stepped up to Jersey flegg when ball finished this year.
He'll be an 80min nrl player in time.

Yep. Still a kid. It takes years for a middle forward to develop but he's got the foundations in place. He will play more Cup footy next year as well.
