I thought when someone gets banned, it states banned not guest,
The fact it says guest it why I asked the question,

If their account gets deleted it comes up as Guest.
If their account gets banned it comes up struck through.
If their account is limited/read only it comes up as "Sin Binned"

What they do is join up, post spam comments with weblinks in them in posts.

Then because the posts are indexed on Google, it means their customers search ranking gets higher.

It's all regarding dodgy SEO practices.
