I was the same. Never really smoked at home. If you wanna quit then stop making excuses for yourself

Oh i still smoke at home but puff away like a train at work. Told myself I'm done for good after my next carton is gone

Thanks mate. Nah it's not fixable, just gotta deal with itI agree. Never been to a doctor and had good news. Last time I went to a doctor they found a tumour and had to take a rib haha

The hardest thing for me is downtime at work, way to tempting to duck out anytime I like for a smoke and I do.

If I wasn't working it would be easy to quit

Just tell yourself, will have a smoke in 10 mins. When 10 mins are up, say will have a smoke in 10 mins etc etc.

Great to see many have kicked the habit, hard at the start but worth it in the long run.

I am having the urge to have a smoke.
A mate of mine who is in his 70's told me best thing to do is just have a sniff of a cigarette and it will take the urge away.
He hasn't smoked since he was 27.
He is very healthy for his age.

I can’t stand alcohol.
I quit over 3 years ago.
I've accidentally had a couple of sips since.

Most people only drink alcohol because they think it will give them confidence to get the girl!
It's an illusion.

All alcohol does is make it easier for fat and ugly people to get laid!
