He should get as long as the centre has to show us he is a half.

Rajab will be eaten alive by geniuses on here too.

Burton, KO and Rajab should only see FG with a real HB leading them, not a centre pretending to be HB.
Wow you really beat on Burton hey? He goes to the centres and who plays 6 and 7? You really think KO is a better playmaker than either Burton, Rajab or Flanagan? Dream on. He is a reserve grade lock at this point.

So you want a teenager to run the game with a centre pretending to be a HB next to him?

At the same time the centre is a koala on here because he hasn't got a HB next to him?

Can you see the genius of the kennel?
Let’s hope he comes good. He has been very underwhelming so far.

Give rajab a run of games in the halves to see if he can step up. Need to start thinking about next year and stop giving the spuds that won’t be part of the future a free ride.

The season is dusted, we need a big recruitment effort. I really hope Ciraldo does not have to endure so many dumb thick performances next season.
Why can't he get them to think about what they're doing :grinning: They just don't seem focused or determined enough and let the other teams dictate play.

Yeah TPJ is fired up after origin but Edwards should have started at 13. TPJ isn't a 13. He played pretty well, but the team balance was upset and unbalanced by this selection. TPJ should have started up front.
Can’t agree with this. 13 is just another middle forward for us. It’s not like we have a Jim dymock or Brad Clyde who can play as another half.
T was our best today. If the rest of the middles played like him today, we’d have won by 16.

Where did I say he is better? He is 18 years old, Burton is supposed to be a rep player.

Burton lovers are quick to deflect to KO, just like you deflected to Flamingo and reynolds and JMK and whoever else you want to blame.

We need a HB, Gus chased Hunt from last year. If you want to experiment with a centre moving to the halves then you only do it when you have a real half next to him/KO/Rajab.

Ever since that World Cup last year it was so obvious that Rajab was the half at the club with the most fucking potential, he’s got energy and love for the club like Reynolds but without the lack of half skillset.
instead we persisted with a fucking dud that is now not even a half in reserves and bought an 18 year old whos enthusiasm levels look like he’s still laying on a qld beach with his chicken sandwich.
We can’t beat teams on talent and skills. The game plan this year should have been compete for every inch and out enthuse teams.

Sorry if you're sick of hearing the truth. If you keep pretending he is a half do you think it will happen?
The difference is im not saying it in every second post. There are people at the club that know a hell of a lot more about football then you and I that think otherwise, and that's good enough for me.

Great debut from Khaled so showed much better 5/8 presence that KO. Both are young kids coming through, but Khaled looked more like a linking 5/8. (KO looks disjointed at times)
So annoying to have the only FB in the NRL that provides very little impact in attack. The two times he gets involved in the backline, JAC scores & the other time Avarillo should have scored

Waddle also has a brainsnap each game. Sometimes they have an impact on the game like today.

So has the the spine and the pack and basically everyone. He needs experience so might as well get it in this write off season.

Reynolds and Flamingo are not the answer and not part of our plans next year.

Roosters gave us plenty of opportunity to win it. The Sualli penalty flop to keep the scores at 24-24, Crichton's cold drop after they scored

Ok thats fine, Gus knows more than all of us combined and he has been looking for a real HB. I'll just stick with Gus.

Watch the replay in slow motion & no doubt that JAC was push over while following through the kick. Irresponsible referring that he or the touch judges did not bring that up to a review.

Match review committee is up.

Bulldogs players Reed Mahoney and Blake Wilson are each facing lengthy bans after being cited for offences in Sunday afternoon's loss to the Roosters.

Wilson was hit with a Grade 2 Misconduct Charge for using his face to hit Sitili Tupouniua's shoulder which resulted in the Roosters lock feeling emotional damage, and now faces a ban of between 2-3 matches for what is his first offence of that type.

Mahoney meanwhile is also facing 2-3 matches for using his face to hit Joseph Sual'li's knee which resulted in further reputational damage to Sual'li given the previous accusations of knee lifting in tackles.

Sigh - when will we learn.
