By right we should have been flogged every game and got the spoon under pay. But somehow our defence was enough to turn most games into a war of attrition. We lost and our attack sucked, but at least we werent flogged consecutively.

These rule changes have screwed the cellar dweller teams, who for years have relied on basic structure and defence to get them through the season.

Besides Cotric, we dont have a genuine player who has xfactor and can play whats in front of them. Now that Barrett is here, its more blatant than ever that even if Bellamy was here we still would struggle to win a game.

In the modern day game, you need to look up and play whats in front of you. So many times yesterday we had opportunities but the ball died at Elliott or Wadell. We play as if we have 9 players on the field. Thats something coach can't do on field.

We need a fcuking miracle!!

Theres many aspects of being a coach.. Dean Pay brought half these plodders in.. sure we can blame the cap but most of the kids he brang in were duds that wont make NRL.. He doesnt have experience building a premiership roster imo..

Agree. The game plan has to be dumbed down even more.

Not fair to say Pay created the losing culture. Des created that.

Fair to say the 2 subsequent coaches have carried it on. Both have had excuses.

Difference with Barrett is he has attracted the 2 guys starting next year.

His signings have not been much better than the Clay Priests of Pay's days so far tho.

We just have to hope (pray) for improvement.

I’m very upset at the club for not at least considering Hook when he was available or even Holbrook.

I get you have had enough with how we have been performing but I think you are delusional about bringing Dean Pay back. Judge Baz at the end of his 3 years at the club. Give him the chance to build his own roster and then lets see how he goes. You can't fukin expect him to work miracles when he doesn't have the cattle. Even Bellamy woudn't be able to work his magic with this team

We are nearly at a all time low and can not see us even competing let alone win in the next couple games against rabbits and storm, Brisbane is a horrible team so if they did that to us my gosh I don't want to imagine storm and rabbits
