The red pill would take me back to 1985. If I had the option of taking it in a couple of days time I'd go back with a complete cheat sheet for the share market and be richer than Bill gates by now. That **** would be envious of my wealth in 2020. By the time i was 20 I'd probably be handing out blue pills to the homeless for kicks. It would be hard for my folks missing out on me as a child. But if they sold off the house we had back then as a deposit in their future they'd probably feel somewhat compensated by the private islands and lavish lifestyle. It would be difficult living as an adult in a childs body, but by the time i was 15 I'd probably get hold of a couple of the current adventurous porn stars before they sullied themselves with porn.
I think by now I'd be investing heavily in the movie industry with some fore knowledge of what would be a box office hit and no person in the world would have to pay for any aspect of healthcare or education be it physical or mental. Electricity and a lot of the things that screw with people's lives would be things that nobody had to pay for anymore. I'd try to set things up so that owning a home was like it was when I was a kid, where people would be able to pay off a house with under 30% of their yearly wage. I think the world would be a better place today if I was able to generate super wealth for 36 years. And as a side note, the bulldogs would have about 30 more premierships.
If I took the blue pill it would just let me live in extreme comfort for the rest of my life. It wouldn't even go a huge way towards making the rest of my family happy. ten million smackers seems like a lot, but the really wealthy people of the world can throw that at toys.
